Package Your Gear
Securely pack your Chihuahuas merchandise in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
